The Faculty of Law will host its second Professional Dinner for students, continuing its deliberate effort to nurture well-rounded, forward-thinking legal professionals.
This year’s dinner will be held under the theme “The Role of Lawyers Beyond the Courtroom,” with a focus on expanding students’ perspectives on the diverse and evolving functions of legal practitioners in society. Beyond litigation, the legal profession plays a critical role in areas such as policy, business, governance, academia, and innovation spaces that this engagement seeks to highlight.
The dinner will bring together students, advocates and other professionals in a relaxed and interactive setting, creating an opportunity for candid conversations, mentorship, and the sharing of real-world experiences.
Building on the success of the inaugural edition, this second dinner is designed to strengthen professional networks, inspire career direction, and equip students with a broader understanding of the opportunities available within the legal field.
