The Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences at Kabale University invites members of the University community, researchers and the general public to attend the PhD Viva Voce Examination of Ms. Nyesigire Jolly Kakkayi (2020/A/PhDBA/2925/W).
Ms. Nyesigire will defend her doctoral thesis titled “Talent Management Practices and Employee Performance in Selected Public Universities in Uganda.” The study examines the influence of talent management practices on employee performance within public universities and contributes valuable insights towards strengthening human resource management in higher education institutions.
The University warmly welcomes staff, students, researchers and interested members of the public to participate in this important academic milestone and support the candidate during her doctoral defence.
