The Faculty of Education, Kabale University, invites the University community and the general public to the PhD Viva Voce Examination of Mr. Maurice Turinumukiza, who will defend his thesis titled:
“Development and Validation of an Optimized Smart Classroom Utilization Model (OSCUM) for Public Secondary Schools in Gicumbi District, Rwanda.”
The doctoral research was supervised by Dr. Ssemaluulu Paul, Dr. Conrad Mike Mubaraka and Assoc. Prof. Businge Phelix Abwooli.
