Kabale University will hold its 11th Graduation Ceremony on Friday, 30th October 2026, at the KAB Main Campus, Kikungiri Hill, Kabale Municipality. The ceremony will bring together graduands, University leadership, staff, parents, guardians, invited guests and other stakeholders to celebrate the academic achievements of the graduating class.
This year’s ceremony carries special significance as Kabale University commemorates a decade since its transition to a Public University, marking an important milestone in the University’s journey of academic excellence, growth and service to society.
The day’s programme will begin with graduands taking their seats at 7:00 AM, followed by guests at 8:00 AM. The Chancellor’s Procession is scheduled for 9:50 AM, followed by the formal constitution of the congregation, addresses from University leadership and the Chief Guest, and the presentation of graduands by Faculty Deans and Directors of Institutes.
Information for Prospective Graduands
Prospective graduands are encouraged to regularly check the official Graduation List for updates and carefully verify their names, registration numbers, programmes and other details. The currently published list is provisional and will continue to be updated as the necessary academic and administrative processes are completed.

All prospective graduands are also required to complete the University’s graduation clearance process. The official clearance exercise runs from 14th September to 14th October 2026 and includes clearance with the Custodian’s Office, University Library, Dean of Students, respective Faculty, Bursar’s Office and Registrar’s Office.
