Workshop Overview
Following the success of the first research dissemination workshop, Kabale University is hosting a second, larger-scale international research dissemination conference. This extended event provides a platform for local and international researchers to share their findings with a diverse audience, including donors, private businesses, government agencies, students, academicians, research consumers, and research participants.

Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts (maximum 300 words) should be submitted to the Conference Organizing Committee by Friday, 28th March 2025 via researchworkshops@kab.ac.ug or research.kab.ac.ug.
• Abstracts should be original, unpublished work, adhering to academic writing standards.
• Authors will receive notification of acceptance by Friday, 18th April 2025.
• Accepted authors should submit full papers (formatted in MS Word, Times New Roman, size 12, including title, author name(s), and affiliations) by Friday, 16th May 2025.

Registration Fees

• Local (Uganda-based) Researchers: UGX 100,000
• International Researchers: USD 100
• Graduate Students: UGX 20,000
  Note: Registration includes lunch and tea breaks for the workshop duration.
• Early Registration Discount: A 50% discount applies for Local and International Researchers who register by 31st March 2025.
