Kabale University, through the Faculty of Economics and Management Science, will hold a PhD Viva Voce Examination for Mr. Muheesi Alex Gerald, Registration Number 2021/A/PhDBA/3034/W, who will defend his thesis titled:
“Public Procurement Management Practices and Service Delivery in Local Governments in Uganda.”
The thesis was supervised by Assoc. Prof. Eton Marus, Assoc. Prof. Arthur Sunday and Dr. Eliab Byamukama Mpora.
